• Course fees, inclusions, batch timings, and payment terms are shared during counseling before enrollment.
• Discounts, scholarships, EMI options, or special offers apply only under the conditions communicated at the time of admission.
• Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of training access or placement support, as applicable.

• Programs may be delivered through classroom, online live, hybrid, or blended formats depending on the selected batch.
• Course content, trainers, schedules, tools, and project requirements may be updated to reflect industry changes while maintaining program quality.
• Learners are expected to attend sessions, complete assignments, participate in labs, and follow institute conduct guidelines.

Where placement support is included, Asmorix provides career guidance, resume support, mock interviews, and interview opportunities based on learner performance, attendance, project completion, and current hiring requirements. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific eligible program.

• Course completion certificates are issued based on attendance, assessments, project completion, and program criteria.
• Training materials, recordings, labs, and learning resources are provided for personal learning use only.
• Learners may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit institute materials without written permission.

Learners must maintain respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, misuse of institute systems, sharing of login credentials, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the program without refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
